In this video sequence, there is an emphasis on releasing the lower body, but the main focus is letting go and healing.

We avoid letting things go or moving on because it’s become a comfort zone for us. The stories we tell ourselves can manifest as limiting beliefs, staying stuck, feeling hesitant to change, and holding ourselves and horses back with phrases like “it’s just the way they are, I’ve always done it like this, I couldn’t do that,” etc. After all, who am I without the story I tell about myself? Who is my horse without the story I tell about it? It is only through letting go that we can begin to heal and uncover those answers.
